Join with yogachary Kishore Kumar to flow in Vinyasa (Hong Kong)
Master Kishore began to explore the path of Yoga in 1992. He started to practice different types of yoga classes such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinayasa, Iyangar yoga with ropes,, Sivananda with his Guru Vishnu for more than 10 years. He was especially much fond of Sivananda and therefore, he went to Sivananda Ashram to gain more in-depth knowledge of yoga. He successfully completed International Yoga Teacher Training and awarded as a Yoga Siromani. He did another Advanced Teacher Training and awarded as Yoga Aacharya by the blessing of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda.
For years, he has practiced various types of yoga discipline and been continuously captivated by the blessings, challenges, purpose and harmony that yoga has brought to his life.
Master Kishore has gained sound teaching experience at home and aboard. After 5 years of teaching in India, including schools, Anna University (one of the top ranking universities in Chennai, India) as well as the Spas and resorts. He dedicated himself to explore in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and oversees for 10 years. Moreover, he launched different yoga workshops and retreats in Bangkok, Chiangmai, Koh Samui Thailand and Bali, Indonesia and China.
He enjoys creating an atmosphere of warmth and stillness in his personal practice, which has empowered him to motivate his students. Also, he loves to bring his experience from yoga practice and introducing the art of yoga to his students. He believes yoga is far beyond asanas practices, and therefore he brought breathing and meditating to some of his classes to connect body and mind.
In 2013, Master Kishore together with his wife, Yoga Master Pooja founded Prajna Yoga Limited in Hong Kong. Prajna Yoga is a center with a view to introduce yoga practice to practitioners from all levels who come from different walks of lives. With that in mind, Prajna Yoga offers a warm, unique and welcoming environment – a very accessible boutique located in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
